Cloud Ventures provides white-label infrastructure, staffing, recruiting, CRM, telephony, and operational support for entrepreneurs and agencies launching virtual assistant or call center businesses. Specific services, pricing, and deliverables are defined in your individual service agreement or proposal. In case of conflict, your signed agreement controls.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your brand, client contracts, pricing, hiring decisions, and compliance with laws applicable to your business and jurisdiction. You represent that you have the right and authority to use any trademarks, names, or materials you provide to us. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Partner brands and third parties
Cloud Ventures powers partner brands including GetCallers.com, VA.care, and CRM37.com. Those brands operate their own terms, policies, and service agreements. Your interactions with any partner brand are governed by that brand's terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services or partner brands beyond the services we directly provide you.
Pricing and payments
Pricing for our services is described on our pricing page and in your service agreement. Financing options may be available subject to qualification. Prices are subject to change for future services; any change does not affect services already paid for unless your agreement states otherwise. Illustrative figures on our site are examples, not guarantees of revenue or results.
No guarantee of results
We provide infrastructure, staffing, and operational support. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, client acquisition, profitability, or lead volumes. Any figures shown on our site are illustrative averages, not promises. Your results depend on your effort, market, pricing, and other factors outside our control.
Intellectual property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Cloud Ventures or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
